Sometimes I do go on. . .
When I am looking around a thrift store hunting for the next thing that catches my eye, I rarely think that anything will work together. Then I get them home and realize that perhaps they do. That there is an unconscious method to the madness and all I have to do is to be open to the next event that presents itself. I do that at other times, not just at thrift stores!
I try to do it during the day job also. I am lucky to work at a company that I really believe in, that actually creates products that can help people. Although there are plenty of challenges (not just me, right), I truly feel that if I get out of my own way, I will know what to do.
The beauty of it is. . . I do get things accomplished this way. I have always enjoyed working, it's the people - everything is about relationships, I really like the people!!
Ooooh - I love those trims!

ReplyDeleteHi Elise! It's so nice to meet you. Your sweet comments on my blog really made me smile. Thank you. I look forward to becoming blog friends as I too enjoy the friendships that are made through our community. I wish we had some great thrift stores and flea markets here in Phx/Scottsdale. I am am really excited because I'm headed to the Rose Bowl for the HUGE flea market on Sunday. I'll share all my goodies when I get back! Have a lovely weekend.
